The vario is the flagship of the Kockerling range it has 8 rows of heavy leaf spring tines which gives it an 8m working length giving Soil and straw carry to produce an optimum mix and distribution.
The Precision cultivator has been available for many years and has a proven track record of working well in wet and stony conditions .
It is available in various widths and is standard with the double STS roller and a 80cm under frame clearance.
There are two point options :100mm and 60mm chisel point .The point is chosen to suit the working depth. Working depth can be from 2cm to 20cm hydraulic depth control on the move. The vario will move all the soil even at 2cm(100mm point)
It has the cheapest running costs on the market and there are machines 10 years + still going strong with thousands of acres cultivated.
Works in the Extremes very wet or very dry .The Vibrating Tines make it nearly impossible to Block.
Available in two variations; Ultima and Ultima CS.

The Classic is available in mounted,and trailed variations ,it has a strong frame, with various Rear rollers .This machine can be worked all year round from ploughed ground in the spring to secondary stubble cultivations in the Autumn.The tine spacing is at 15cm with a 60cm under frame clearance .there is a option of a 60mm point or 200mm Goosefoot.

The Pick & Go Bale Unroller
The Pick & Go Bale Unroller will fit, front loader, rear linkage of tractor, or telescopic handler. It loads and unrolls round bales (wrapped bales, alfalfa, hay …). The Pick & Go system is composed of 2 parts: the bale fork and the unroller. A gear system composed of two toothed wheels drives the roller belt.
Loading
The bale fork is fitted to the machinery handler (hydraulic connection) and directly loads the bale on the roller belt.
Hitching
The hitching is made with the tines of the bale fork under the bale unroller. By lifting the bale fork adaptation hitches the unroller.
Unrolling
When the bale fork hitches the unroller the 2 toothed wheels lock and activate the hydraulic motor which drives the roller belt and unrolls the bale.

Available for front loaders and telescopic handlers with the option of tractor rear mount.
